We do not recommend putting tumblers into the dishwasher. Please hand wash them with mild detergent and avoid abrasive cleaners.

Are you able to send me a proof before shipping out my product?

We do not send any finished engraved and or cut proofs. The only proof we can send if requested is a digital design proof.

Are you able to engrave my logo?

Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format.

Do you all ship Internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. Please note that customer is responsible for any duty or export fees that may apply after the item has shipped.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, local pick up is available in Killeen, TX. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
